7yThanks for taking the time to respond. RingLead invests a very significant amount of time and money in training for all employees. Including the same $12,000 training program per person that Apple , Citrix, and Xeroz go through. This training is done during paid business hours. RingLead also pays time and a half overtime if necessary. The strong focus on training comes from the CEO, Chris Hickey, and Executive Chairman, Russ Artzt, who together helped build a 4 billion dollar company, CA technologies. In order to push RingLead to reach that kind of success, RingLead has a performance based culture where expectations are clearly outlined and signed prior to each employees start date and these metrics are evaluated month to month. The majority of our employees meet or exceed expectations on a monthly basis or show improvement. These employees are granted stock options in RingLead at the end of the year. Our goal is for all RingLead employees to be equity owners in RingLead. We have never had an employee who was achieving leave RingLead. We wish you luck in your next position.
