Pros
- As a developer, the Tech team is smart and capable. The team a great job considering the size of it. The CTO is smart and creative. He won't let you down and he's always into new and cool projects to work on. Hence, it's a great chance to learn a lot here. - The office is location is quite convenient to use public transportation. - Most of the employees are friendly and every now and then they arrange indoor & outdoor activities (not HR-sponsored). - Good salaries.
Cons
- The high management are micro-managers and very unprofessional. They often bully employees either virtually on-line or verbally so bad some employees cry because of it. They treat their staff so horribly their Customer Service department staff always leave after couple of months because of the bad and toxic work environment. - HR is not experienced they are next to useless especially in what is related to foreign visa policies and regulations. It's because of the high management which doesn't let them enough freedom to make choices. - No chance for hierarchy growth and promotion. Even employees being 3+ years in the company keep having the same title. Even managers don't have enough privilege and title to take decisions because, you guessed it, 'high management.' If you are a fresh grad, it's a big chance to learn. Otherwise, it's not worth it.
