Great startup culture, colleagues are helpful and friendly. Exposure to many design aspects and valuable experience. Flexible working hours. Nice cafeteria. Company future is promising, even it's small sized it's way ahead of many larger competitors.

Sometimes you have to synchronize with colleagues overseas so your day might start and end late. The pressure of working in a semiconductor startup might be overwhelming, as in many semiconductor startups, workload ramps up very quickly before tapeouts and afterwards you will almost be almost free. So there's no constant workload over the entire year.
