The Management has clear objectives when it comes to the product. The management puts in a lot of efforts themselves, they put in more hardwork than they expect from their employees Rewarding work, direct client engagement, company doesnt cut costs on quality. Too much travel (con if youre uncomfortable with travel)

No WFH Policy There are very limited extra benefits apart from the salary. They dont like to take advice/suggestions for betterment Should provide better food, Gym memberships etc. (not a complain but a suggestion) only 12 paid leaves/year

Strong expertise in manufacturing AI, especially across steel, cement, power and process Industries.

The process and structure is still evolving as compared to other established companies.
