Not so sure about the future - Professional Ripple (UT) Employee Review

The people at the company and owners were great to work for. It was a very friendly and helpful environment.

Perhaps there is room for more efficiency in some areas.

Ripple is a leader in the field of neural interface electronics. The work is challenging and impactful and employees get wide latitude to contribute design ideas and structure their time as they see fit to accomplish their work. As a software engineer at Ripple I was responsible for architecting and implementing much of the graphical interface front end for their line of neuroscience research products. I found it exciting to own projects from the ground up and work on interdisciplinary teams with highly skilled hardware engineers.

Ripple is ambitious and demands a lot of its employees. As a young company, resources are tight and priorities can shift as the company pivots to take advantage of new opportunities. This is definitely not your standard plug and play software job.
