      Pros

      Culture and management team make work enjoyable. The experience starts with seeing how the management team treats their own job and it will drive you to work harder for them.

      Cons

      The air conditioning was broken for the first six months on the job, and the heat of the machines was pretty unbearable.

      Pay, friendly when they need you.

      Cons

      Hours, very short sighted, as soon as things start going smoothly, they cut the better paid, knowledge staff. Which leads to chaos.

      Pros

      Nice facility and quiet location competing right next to one of the biggest manufacturers in Broken Arrow. Smart.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely ignorant to anything going on. They do not communicate. The smartest one is the father that owns the place while his little boy runs the company into the ground fatter and farther on a daily basis because of his ego. What a joke. Do not try this one, next job posting.
