Awesome atmosphere. Great team environment. Love the management team and its structure. New to Charlotte, this place is looking to grow rapidly.

Traffic and places to park. The way the road is set up, you have to do a U-Turn to get here and the area is a very high traffic area so parking is limited.

If management likes you you'll do okay.

There are a lot of cons to this job. It is very unprofessional and its door to door sales and 100% commission. There are times you don't get a paycheck and you work around 10 hours a day. Sexual harassment by the guys in that office is horrible. Managment turns a blind eye to it. They actually participate in it. They hire everybody to "build their teams" you will be taken out by an account manager and then either offered on the spot or called at 5. They are also told to write good reviews on sites like this so that the recruiting will bring people in the door. Every good comment on here is made by one of the managers. If you like working a lot of hours with little to show for it and get sexually harassed everyday this is the job for you.
