Pros
Some very fun people work there. Great office culture. If your in a leadership position you don't have to do much.
Cons
Dept leaders push most of the work on those beneath them and do very little but enforce deadlines and review. The majority of the work is pushed on one or two people in each dept while others work less than 8 hours and if not in the main office WATCH TV. Senior positions are held by people who have no idea what they are doing in some depts.
