Cons
The starting pay wasn't what I expected but considering the area and the job I came from was a step down. Very humbling experience. The benefits package is way too expensive for the salary you will be making. One week of my pay would go straight to Health Insurance. If you happen to work grave shift the cafeteria is closed before your shift starts and it doesn't open till an hour after your shift ends. They still have free drinks but no meals are available just fruit, cereal, chips and pretzels during the grave shift. You have to bring your own food or you can buy cold sandwiches at the bar on your break. Very pricey!
