Pros

Some of the lower level people were very nice and it looked good on my resumé

Cons

Just overall bad vibes, even as an intern you could tell the full time people were being worked to the bone but also most of the work they did had way too many people and processes involved to the point that interns couldn’t take anything significant from them. So we just kinda sat there (virtually) watching everyone panic

Pros

Great benefits, great people, some clients are annoying but that's to be expected in a digital agency. Overall super positive experience, learned a lot!

Cons

Some higher level employees are rude and don't seem to care about being good managers at all.

Pros

You can learn a lot. Most people here genuinely want people to learn and grow in the advertising space. Senior staff is very kind, A lot of flexibility with PTO as long as there isn’t a lot or overlap with other team members. Very supportive senior staff before, during and post employment.

Cons

The political clients they work with tend to be very moderate to conservative dems. Not a lot of focus outside of that which can be limiting due to the unique nature of political advertising. They use some ethically ambiguous practices which can rub non electoral clients the wrong way. Weird thing is the amount of people in leadership. There are only a small handful of junior staff, maybe 6-7 people at this point, and everyone else is a director or above. Not sure why this is but it can feel strange. They are unionized but have done multiple layoffs that target union employees. Salaries tend to be on the lower end for the digital space if you account for the amount of work required. I don’t see them hiring anyone full time anytime soon due to general industry wide problems and some internal issues.
