Pros
Great colleagues on the same level and great communication within those people. Occasionally Fun problems to solve.
Cons
The owner just wants to people to work on their ideas but very few of the ideas they truly focus on are actually desired by the market. These distractions and extra cost projects result in workers needing to work harder on typical profit generating project's to compensate and people have to overwork without any line of career growth plan which results in turnover of good smart workers. Good potential but the lack of focus from top down creates a lot of problems.
