Pros
I started with RPS about 9 months ago and can honestly say that this is the best place I have ever worked. I feel that the company as a whole cares for the individual. It doesn't matter if you are a support person or a top producer, the company treats you with respect. I have been a few places throughout my career and can say that it is not the same everywhere. The environment is very positive and makes you want to be successful. Coming from a smaller brokerage, RPS has the tools to make you succeed. The amount of specialists in any given niche, really brings value to your clients. The amount of pressure put on me as a producer I would say is just about right. Numbers are very important but not everything here. They understand that it is a marathon and not a sprint. I would recommend RPS to anyone looking to further their career in the insurance industry. I am excited to come to work every day.

When I first started, the training program was not formal. They have since formalized the new hire training and is much more efficient.
