Pros

I am part of the channeladvisor acquisition

Cons

Since the acquisition 30% of our most tenured and experienced employees have lost their jobs. We are hearing a lot about "transparency" but in reality management know very little about what they are doing and have no plan in place that makes any logical sense. A high level of mis-communication during all interactions with senior management, resulting in the CEO having to apologise on numerous occasions because of miss leading information or incorrect information is being communicated. The company goals are beyond ridiculous and completely unachievable considering 30% of the staff are now out of a job. Even though my job is not at risk I do plan on leaving, as do a lot of my colleagues. Moral is non existent and not even used as lip service. I really hope you are treating our customers with more respect and understanding than your employees

Pros

CS org combined with Renewals some time ago. Since then, the Customer Success leadership has put the team in a great position to succeed. Providing solid tools and direction, using metric-based approaches and not aimless goals (like having to hit a generic 'calls made' goal)

Cons

Upward movement career-wise can be a challenge

Pros

The benefits are good and competitive. I’ve also been fortunate to work with a strong team that collaborates well, supports one another, and creates a positive day-to-day working environment.

Cons

Raises and promotions often appear to be influenced more by favoritism than performance. There can also be a noticeable divide between long-tenured employees from the legacy CA organization and newer hires. New employees are not always welcomed or integrated as well as they could be, which can make it difficult to feel included and advance within the company.
