Pros
- Job is not the worst to learn depending on who trains you and what department you're in. - Coworkers are friendly and work together to make up the lack of leadership within specific departments. Especially in Customer Care. - The pay, depending on your shift, is great.
Cons
- Serious favoritism within the workplace among management - Training is subpar and most of what can be learned must be learned on the job that causes stress and stops employees from wanting to work there. - Lack of communication between employees and leadership, resulting in hostility between them from time to time. - Unrealistic KPIs that are graded differently with different managers. You can never meet all requirements due to your graded KPIs being judge based on the present managers opinion and morals. - Lack of moral within Technical Support, most employees will not recommend anyone to join their workforce due to the treatment from management and absence of management in need of escalations. - HR does not take your statements and claims seriously depending on who you are and if you are friends with them. You can be met with retaliation if you have to report anything. - Having to miss days due to emergencies regarding family, personal life, medical or other, will be met with disciplinary actions and write ups, even if they are within company standards of allowence and benefits. - Management within customer facing roles are very absent from their post and is difficult to find due to being away from their offices and desks in their respective departments.
