Pros

The only pro I can think of is the weekly payments which are useful when you are on a minimum wage and therefore desperate for it. It's hardly a pro though.

Cons

Where do I start...the management are wealthy Jewish family members that are only out for themselves. Minimum wages are docked by the minute for lateness even if breaks and lunches aren't taken so everyone clocks out on the dot every day and are not prepared to work over when It is busy. No pay rises for several years, warehouse staff are looked down upon, lots of agressive behaviour from staff that management allow on a daily basis. No give and take that modern companies greatly benefit from because of the ack of respect from management.

Pros

The drinks vending machine hot chocolate, which isn't that nice but drinkable.

Cons

Minimum wage, hierarchy culture, unfriendly management, filthy warehouse, no annual bonuses, no career prospects, no respect from management, high employee turnover, low standards all round. Please stay well away from this dreadful family business. They are only out for themselves!
