Nothing. Literally, there are no pros to working at this place.

If you have any respect for yourself, DO NOT WORK HERE. The management and owners are HORRIBLE people who will throw you under the bus any chance they get. They are completely lazy and incompetent. They are a bunch of losers. Trust me, I'm not "just a disgruntled employee," ALL of their former employees are disgruntled because of poor treatment, being over worked, lied to, condescended to, UNDER PAID, under appreciated, and disrespected. The unprofessionalism is insane. Please find any other job you can even if this one seems appealing. It is truly a horrible place to work run by horrible, morally corrupt liars.
