Pros
No shortage of work and everybody carries their load including managers (mostly). Weak players or those who need constant supervision won't last long, and same goes for bad attitudes. I enjoy doing lots of things, and so far only about 30% of my tasks are repetitive. The other 80% is usually something very new or a result of my own ideas pursuits and designs for the company. (Yes, that does equal 110%). Rivera Group is also generous with little perks like free sodas, coffee, snacks and the occasional lunch. Fringe benefits like 401K, health, and vacation days are fair. I think the company is very stable from constant financial growth.
Cons
This isn't the place for you if you lack strong personal commitment to putting your best into the work. Sure, this means some long 50+ hr workweeks (but not always). Vacation/sick days don't carry over to the next year. Comp. time is available but has to be used in the same week of earning it, so it doesn't get used much since there is a high demand for maximum performance. Sometimes a struggle as a small business to balance all the customer demands with limited resources, but that is probably a good problem to have.
