Honestly, I can't think of one.

Got to work in a military environment, but there other DoD contractors out there so thats a reflection of customer site and not so much Riveria group. They just happened to own the contract. Didn't see much of the management so at least no micro management of my work. That was probably the best part but not enough to make me want to stay.

They talk a big game and a hard time keeping promises. Know what the offer letter contains exactly in detail and do not make assumptions like annual raises or insurance or time off. You gotta wonder about integrity and company values when you have to argue over things like a raise or when the handbook says one thing for refferal bonus but they change the rules without telling anyone. Guess they are like most companies and just interested in making a buck at cost of employees. So dont expect much unless its in writing and still prepare for a fight.
