If you are the type of person who wants to be challenged, wants to learn, and wants to grow this is the place for you. I grew so much while I was here and was constantly challanged with new and exciting work. I was given the opportunity to participate in professional training, work directly with clients and work on one of the most creative teams out there. One of the things I liked most about working there was that the CEO actually listens to what her employees say, she values their opinions. I've found this to be rare in the industry. I've also found it rare to work somewhere that values quality as much as Rivers does, be prepared to give it your all and do your best work. I will always look fondly on my time at Rivers Agency.
