Pros
You know it's a well-run company when there is a good proportion of smart, seasoned employees there. The majority of the sales team have worked there over five years and some over ten. Even though the individual salespeople are very independent and given the freedom to try new things, they also emphasize teamwork and collaboration. Everyone understands that as the company succeeds, the team succeeds. Currently (late 2022), they are undergoing a management transition, and the new President has the right attitude and experience for the job. They've resolved to give the sales team the resources it needs to succeed, which is great since they've had to run lean during Covid. Briefly: NO micromanagement. Smart, experienced leadership. Excellent product that's easy to sell. Every person's feedback is welcomed and heard.
Cons
It's a company in transition. Recently bought by private capital, they are constantly evolving their strategy. There's some growing pains, but nothing that isn't expected given the situation.
