      Pros

      Amazing Culture. They take the whole company down to Cancun for there annual company wide meeting.

      Cons

      There is no proper management structure in place. Some promotions are made on technical knowledge, but these people are horrible managers.

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
