Pros

Located Downtown Milwaukee. Team bonding is fun.

Cons

You come into the office to practice your pitch. Then you go to walmart to sell internet and cable. They dont pay for your gas or mileage. You have to sell a certain amount or they put you on part time on the weekends. Turnover is really high. You don't make money for a sale until after the internet and cable is installed. I was lied to in the interview being told that you get paid $10 an hour all day, but actually you don't get paid until you arrive at walmart. So spending the 2 mandatory hours at the office wastes your time. They try to hype you up into thinking that selling Spectrum at walmart is the greatest job ever. They will literally hire anyone.

Pros

I recently left Rococo per personal reasons but I have nothing but positives to share. The entire team was so welcoming and friendly and that was so important to me, not only being new but young as well. Additionally we would consistently have “team nights” outside of the office which allowed us bond with each other. Most importantly though, is my experience with the leaders in the office. Each and everyday these people go out of thier way to make sure and help everyone meet and succeed their goals. Our ceo, Becky is was of the kindest most selfless people I've ever met, she's hardworking and devoted to her entire team so that they can have endless opportunities. Some other positives - paid travel opportunities - ability to receive reimbursement - consistent help - advancement in the company - just a fun workplace - weekly pay Overall I was very satisfied with my time with the company, and I hope others find similar experiences as I did.

Cons

The building was just chilly, and the elevators were a bit scary as well.💁

Pros

You can make money if you get sales. It is a very diverse place to work at. Met a lot of cool people.

Cons

It’s a pyramid scheme. Training was very unclear. And it can get very competitive.

Thank you for your feedback about training and we are sorry to hear your experience was unclear. We would like to address the comment of being a pyramid scheme. We are a privately owned outsourced sales company. We work with fortune 500 clients across the telecom industry as well as energy supply and business services, representing the client services in a face to face sales capacity. Our team members do not have to purchase any inventory to sell and they do not have to spend money to join the team- they are compensated for their work. There is no recruiting of personal friends and family members or earning money from those family members for someone who would "bring them in". Our sales account executives are trained on sales principles and systems which are used to sell the products the clients offer. Our team members are then compensated with commission for the products that are sold.
