7yI would like to first apologize for my late reply to this, as I was unsure on how Glassdoor worked. I want to thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your experience at Roadcase.com was not filled with the intention we have for our employees. We are taking all of your advice to heart to see what we can do to deliver better employee engagement and morale. We are continuing to have department meetings weekly to help combat some of the feedback you had left for us.
We are a medium sized company and everyone at Roadcase.com wears a lot of hats. There are long hours that are usually rewarded with early Fridays or even Fridays off. We deliver high quality cases and our clients have high standards for us, which in turn creates our expectations. Thank you for your input on that because I think it is very important that anyone who works or will work for Roadcase.com knows that.
