- Suspiciously high turnover. Who’s leaving? Who’s coming? Why? - Inexperienced and defensive management that provides little direction for the company and teams. They, of course, play up the transparent startup culture thing, but like many of the reviews here, this is insincere. Feedback is met with deflection, deflection, deflection...cue the canned Roadmunk Response below. - People here are in charge because they got there first. Which is fine. It’s a startup and a private company afterall, but that doesn’t mean you need to work there. Think twice.
