Lot of processes are not in place yet, but they are all starting to come into place. This isn't really so unexpected given this is a startup.

Everything. Just read the other reviews—they say it all. So glad I got out when I did because, honestly, it’s all a lie. Toxic work culture, fake internal promotions, insane hours, and a nonstop pressure cooker. Classic case of a mill house company.
