      Pros

      Working on the future of play and entertainment. Great people. Big vision. Accelerating growth. Interesting market. Leverage from user generated content.

      Cons

      We are toolmakers more than content creators. Not the best place for people who want to be making games, unless they are interested in building the tools, infrastructure and environment where the ROBLOX dev communicty can build great games.

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
