      * Forced RTO * Toxic management and tolerates abusive leadership style * Poor executive decision making and HR leadership Things are really going downhill for Roblox

      Wonderful people, free & tasty breakfast and lunch with a lot of options, not too much pressure

      Lots of responsibility, lower RO rate (for interns)

      Pros

      Total compensation is top of the market. Good benefits, matching 401k, free DEXA scans, nice HQ.

      Cons

      Chaotic management. Violatile stock price, one year you can make a lot of money with your RSUs, the next year its all worthless. Progression is hard, on paper they have a standardized rubric for leveling engineers but when it comes to calibration that's when the gaslighting and the caveat starts.
