I joined RoboMarkets 7 months ago. This is my first experience in an international fintech company. I would like to mention that there is a good culture of knowledge transfer in the company, regarding products and professional competencies via internal tech talks sessions, and training new employees of stock trading. I have seen such an approach before, but only in Robo it works at a high level. This approach greatly helps those who have not previously worked in fintech or with the stock exchange. Thanks to informal communication it is easy to find mutual understanding with company officers. I also want to highlight that the company pays great attention to the vacation of its employees. In addition to what is legally required, the company has additional holidays, as well as extra vacation days. And also well organised corporate events.
Cons
At times, it's challenging to keep up with changes in the company's activities and priorities, which are constantly adapting to market needs and regulations. I believe this is associated with the industry's specifics in which the company operates.
