Cons

Punitive Leave Policy: The "Loss of Pay" (LOP) system is excessive. Deducting 1.5 days for a single leave and 2.5 days for the second leave in a month is exploitative. Extreme Micro-management: Mandatory daily geo-location updates on WhatsApp. Even a one-minute delay in logging in results in a half-day salary deduction. Unrealistic Work Hours: Employees are frequently expected to work over 15 hours a day, leading to severe burnout and zero work-life balance. Unfair Salary Practices: Management holds salaries hostage to force agreement on new, arbitrary terms introduced mid-way through employment. Management Issues: The founders do not take accountability or act with the responsibility required of their roles. There is a complete lack of human values in how staff are treated.
