      Good team. You will continuously improve personally and technically.

      Not the best salaries. Very stressful. too hard to maintain a work-life balance.

      - Good technical exposure - You get a sense of ownership of the projects - Capable senior engineers

      Cons

      - chaotic managent - work on weekends and constant overtime work (This is the norm there) - old tech stack that they never tries to replace - low salaries (salary of mid level dev is below the salary of a junior at other companies)
