Pros
Good salaries, nice 401K match, some generous holidays, some really talented co-workers, and some very interesting clients doing some really cool things.
Cons
No HR, abusive and obscenity-laced environment. Obscenities in and of themselves weren't the problem - the problem was when they are screamed at people. The CEO likes to brag about how she doesn't let her personal life bleed into the business. She is delusional. It hangs over every one on a daily basis. If she's having a good day, employees get to have a good day. If she isn't....each day was a roller coaster. You never knew when walking in what kind of day it was going to be, but you can bet if you received 20 FB messages on a Sunday through a private FB group, then Monday was going to be thoroughly awful. The CEO regularly questions employees about one another, and proceeds to gossip to each employee about other employees - including making up untruths. She regularly reminds employees how well-paid they are, and expects overwhelming loyalty and gratitude for it. Truly the good pay is the only reason many employees stay as long as they do, and deep down she probably knows it. One of the worst places I have ever worked.
