Pros

NONE, unethical, greedy... the powers at be are not good humans.

Cons

A very beautiful soul I know worked here for 9 years. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer in her colon which had spread to other parts of her body. This woman fought for her life and won!! She was finally given the greenlight to return to work. After 9 years of pouring her heart and soul into this program, instead of being welcomed back and appreciated for what she has been through, they terminated her effective immediately, 1 day before her insurance benefits would've lasted another month for her to find other arrangements. Instead, HR told her it was a business decision and that COBRA was available. They couldn't wait 1 day to give this beautiful person a month to figure out health insurance, instead they purposely fired her 1 day prior so she is left with none or forced to use the incredibly expensive COBRA. When asked why it couldn't be the next day to give her the time to make arrangements, she was told it was a business decision. Again, she gave 9yrs of her heart and sould to build this program, and this is how they thanked her.
