Work with some great colleagues

Leadership skills are nonexistent. This company runs on nepotism, if you’re related to the owners or friends with the owners you will go far. Otherwise, you’re disposable. I have seen many faces come and go, most of them with unbelievable amounts of skill and potential. They use you and toss you out after they line their pockets with your hard work and dedication. Management practices and day-to-day operational processes are inefficient, counterproductive, and lead to low employee morale. Disrespect towards employees are experienced on a regular basis. You'll either be observing it or directly involved. You'll be told not to take it personally and to let it roll off you. One of the most common pieces of advice offered from all sides is to trust no one and keep your back to the wall. You'll be pushed to constantly feel like you need to defend yourself. Management loves to play the blame game, because they literally have no idea what they are doing. You aren’t appreciated for what you do and your time isn’t considered as important.

Great work life balance. Amazing team.
