-Expectations change daily, if not hourly
-High stress and low pay
-Zero respect from higher ups unless you are a consistent high producer (aka you better NEVER have a bad day)
-Hard to get time with your direct boss
-Not much room for growth unless you're a man
-Leadership gets too involved in your personal life.
-HR claims they are employee advocates, but at the end of the day, HR is not your friend
-Extremely high employee turnover. They love to hire a ton of spaghetti, throw it all at the wall, and see what sticks rather than hiring quality employees and making sure they do enough to keep those employees happy enough to not quit 2 weeks later
-Rocket claims to value work life balance, but you're often shamed for clocking out at 7pm (after being asked to clock in by 8am for a 10 minute huddle)
-Every single role at the company immediately throws ypu in the golden handcuffs: they pay you slightly more than everyone else and tell horror stories about people who have left before. That way you can never quit.
-It's just a little cult-y
