      WFH Diversity and Inclusion is the only thing going for this company, because who needs better pay and comp when you have monthly Diversity and Inclusion emails to make you feel happy

      Cons

      Salary sucks. They do promos without pay raise Tooling is horrendous, no dedicated devops, IT is outsourced and doesn't understand the needs of the engineering teams

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
