- very little team coordination - no assistance - will lay you off after positive performance reviews

Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

Cons

Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
