      If you are lucky you will get to work on new technology as some of the products have old tech stack not much technical growth opportunity which make you lag behind considering industry skill expectations

      Leadership team is transparent and approachable. Not several layers of management. Remote-first work environment. Colleagues are respectful and friendly.

      Cons

      Because there are not a lot of layers of management, growth opportunity is limited.
