Pros

- They offer PTO after your first year - Basic HMO after your 6th month (max coverage of PHP 15k total per month)

Cons

- Compensation is not very competitive, other companies will offer 20-40% more - Rocket Station offers $3.75/hr on your first year with a client and will provide a raise yearly up to 2 years at max of $4.375/hr, while other companies offer $5 at start of training with better growth opportunities down the line - Chance for promotions or career growth highly depends on your client if they are generous enough to give you a big raise/bonus or upskill you to a supervisor role if you are part of a bigger VA team. - They hire internally for their support team but have high attrition and resignation rates because of how much they overwork their Operation Managers, I was transferred to 6 different Operation Managers in my 4 years of stay. - This company is only good for building experience as a newbie for those looking to become a VA but even then, their exit process would require you to sign a non-compete agreement taking your career hostage. If you resign gracefully, you will not be able to practice what you learned or use your experience as a VA with other companies for 1 year.

Pros

They have good client base for VAs

Cons

It was okay until they laid off managers and replaced it with AI. Their VAs use their own devices, low salary, no incentives. No opportunities for growth unless you're good with the upper management or you're a relative/friend.
