Variety of Projects - It's never boring working at Rocketship. Close Staff - It's a tight-knit group and I think of my co-workers as good friends. Studio Tools - The shop is great for working on projects but also personal projects after hours.

Small Team - Taking extended vacation is difficult because the rest of the team has to pick up the slack. Time Tracking - Rocketship bills by the hour which means we have to keep track of every minute and that's boring compared to design work :)
