Pros

*free pizza, coffee, and joke trolling *lots of drama and gossip! *the on-site c level exec seems to know people's names *a great area for millennials to blow their paychecks on rent and bars each week *computers don't hang and are quite fast *the new hires every week are generally friendly *nice mezzanine level to walk around but dead birds everywhere *best deal on breakfast omelettes in the county

Cons

*Zero career path *Team meetings ever?? NOPE, not needed for data entry *On-site gym smells, no air circulation *Someone may key your car in the garage if you even get a parking pass *A company for college grads and lifers (not to build your career beyond 1st job experience), not a company for mid-level 5+ years exp *lowball salary offers and tiny bonuses *very toxic environment across the board (people dress with gold chains and unbuttoned dress shirts) *turnover: upwards of 50% annually imo, every week someone is quitting or gets fired, the bro next to me just walked out and never came back lol...apparently he was yelled at in a meeting and in front of a client by one of Rock's head sales guys, niiice *clicky High School culture, siloed teams 'he said, she said, if it's not on your plate forget about getting it done, people actually still make fun of each other here lol *most people that get hired are 1. college grads 2. out of a job 3. want a 9-5 fire and forget type work. *Benefits are sub par compared to larger firms.

Pros

Can't say there was much

Cons

Really really pathetic company. Rockefeller hated their own software so much they sold it to Fi-Tek which is a very archaic, cheap and slow moving company. They don't have what it takes to make it in the fintech space. The company is running out of money, lay offs and forced retirements are becoming overly common and good people are left to clean up a mess that was created by incompetent leadership. Overall, the organization is in a serious decline, with limited transparency or clear plan for recovery.
