Pros

Learn about mobile development Company provides some training (if they have time which is rare)

Cons

Project Managers are all egotistical, micromanaging and controlling Poor pay since they're a "start up" Flexible schedule does not exist Unless you're in the "boys club" forget about being treated equally Team environment does not exist, you're either management or a wage slave Management is allowed to leave during the day whenever they want, work on movie sets and go to film festivals for weeks at a time while the rest of the team has to cover for their missing managers and is not allowed to get sick or take any time off without major repercussions. Seems fair, right?

Pros

The remote culture for developers is one of the best I've ever seen. The company goes above and beyond to make each and every developer feel like family. They take care of their employees and really strive for happiness in everything they do. The UI/UX that this company produces is world class and it makes the developer experience all the more enjoyable because you're constantly building impressive and stunning applications. The company is always open to feedback and process improvement. No matter what level you are within the company you always have a voice to make suggestions and recommendations. That voice is always considered and never ignored. The executive team are some of the nicest folks you'll meet. They praise employees when they go above and beyond and they always give recognition where it's deserved. They are also completely accessible and you can chat with them at any time. I especially like that it felt like they were always contributing members of the team and not just figureheads that you reported to.

Cons

The only real downside is the sometimes chaotic nature of the agency world. There is usually multiple projects in progress at any given time and you can often be asked to jump back and forth between them. With that said the company is always cognizant of burn out and they rarely ever ask for any OT
