Pros
I have only been at Rocksteady for a short time. Literally hired 6 weeks before the entire country shut down but that is why I wanted to write this review. All the rest seem to be from people who have been here a while or some possibly never even worked here so maybe a fresh perspective could be good for those wondering about Rocksteady. So for the pros— Rocksteady is unlike any company I’ve worked for before. The team is very close and works well together. The training is outstanding with every trainee given 100% focus and attention on your strengths and weaknesses and direct mentoring on improving each day. Management is also very hands on but not micro managers, they just care about your success. In just 6 weeks I can easily see how much I grew as a professional and a person. I’m excited about the possibilities and the fast paced growth I’m going to see here. Beyond the growth though I’m just happy to be at a place where they care about their people. The amount of help I have received during this tough time is amazing. From continuous learning, financial and engagement is more than I could ever imagine. At the end of it all the job is hard, challenging and at times can be time consuming but for what they are doing now when so many have nothing I can easily say Rocksteady will always have my appreciation and loyalty.
Cons
Only con is not being able to physically be around my teammates since the country shut down
