Will not last long. Management has a plan for your exit the first day. Lots of favortism and if you don't fit with a click you as good as laid off.

Pros
Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.
Cons
Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
