An American company with significant history and stable Financials because of their business model which has also dettered them to grow (they have been 6-10 billion USD) for decades.
Cons
Toxic culture which starts from top. Extremely high turnover where people even return their bonuses to get out of toxicity culture. It's mainly if you're connected with directors and VPs and singing their praises basically brown-nosing. Female workers are bullied by tenured leaders and HR/Ombudsman don't do anything about it just brush it under the carpet. Financial incentives, bonuses and benefits are below standard. There's no culture in this company especially if you're minority. This industry will vanish in a few years as they have no innovative strategy to modernize.
