      Pros

      Early career challenging and rewarding. Top notch projects and experience.

      Cons

      Starting to feel a little stagnant. Decisions are slow and directors don’t value engineering or service provided as something that is an asset. They see from an accountants view that engineering is a cost and a cost it can be outsourced to the cheapest global resources possible.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
