Great People Cool industries to do work in Middle of the year is slower and work hours are flexible
Cons
Pay, pay, and more pay. Hard to get raises and promotions. C-level gets a 75% raise and then they took our bonuses and yearly increase away. Work life balance at the end of the year is almost always awful Any manager, project manager, or middle management position is essentially useless. Lots of silos, bad inter-department and inter-team communication
