      There’s good focus on work life balance.

      Company is always in reactive mode. SAP is not the right business system for ETO manufacturing environment.

      Pros

      Being salary was great you could always make up hours as needed. Starting with 3 weeks of vacation was also a plus.

      Cons

      Management was terrible. Heavy favoritism and toxic leadership. Instead of doing the jobs they push away the people that ask questions and those that actually cared.
