The hours are insane. Managers bragging that they've burned out their team. Many people having to go on Stress leave and heard rumours of people being hospitalized during the website launch. Work life balance is terrible. Upper Management is really hard on their teams and there is some extremely toxic people in the director roles and above. People are leaving in droves.
