By far the worst place I've ever worked. I've never seen a company with more unhappy staff and despite hiring decent people, staff turnover is high and job security low as the same decisions keep being made.
There's an extremely spiteful attitude in the office and your worth is often measured by how well liked you are by the CEO and a few other 'high-ups' rather than the effort you put in and work you do. Many employees are overworked, sometimes doing jobs they didn't expect as things are over-promised in interviews and despite what they say, there's no room for career progression. The company structure is disorganised with little communication between teams causing a lot of tension and a huge problem with blame culture - shouting matches and door slamming have occurred when people disagree which has been brushed under the carpet.
The company will not look after you. There's no sick pay leading to huge amounts of stress from employees when ill. There's no flexible working, even in extenuating circumstances. Compassion for anything is thin on the ground and it's not uncommon to see people crying in the stairwell or toilets.
Management structure and guidance is poor with no system in place to measure how management is performing. A lack of basic 1-to-1 meetings, that when do occur can consist of 'you haven't done anything wrong yet, but it's still early days'. You can't go to HR with any of these issues as their main priority is to keep the CEO happy and will brush off anything that isn't in line with that.
It's true what other reviewers have said that employees are 'encouraged' to leave likes and comments on the CEOs social media as well as her podcast. It's also well known that all the good reviews that were left around a similar time on this page were written or 'encouraged' by HR.
