Owner of the company is probably the most difficult person I have ever met, let alone worked with. Listening to him screaming and yelling at my coworkers was a daily occurrence. You could cut the tension in that office with a knife, he was out of control. His kids are heirs apparent in the company and they are afraid to say he needs to calm down a lot or retire. The memories there were so horrible, I am so happy I am not there anymore.
